Booking and Payment

By booking a tour, you enter into a contract with Interlaken Walking Tours GmbH. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment is due regardless of the guests/you showing up or not.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour. 40% refund for cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour.

Service Extention and Adaption

The actual hours will be charged according to the service. This will be at the rates you find on the website or on the quote. Additional services that are not explicitly listed on the website or in the quote will be invoiced separately.

Liability

Interlaken Walking Tours GmbH is liable for the proper execution of the tours. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.).

Participants are responsible for having appropriate clothing, footwear, and physical fitness for the booked tour. We reserve the right to adapt the program accordingly, if participants do not meet these requirements.

Interlaken Walking Tours' liability is confined to the tour price and any direct damages resulting from the tour operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence. Guests participate in activities at their own risk and must notify us of any health issues that could affect their involvement in the tour programme. It is the guest's responsibility to secure sufficient health and accident insurance coverage, including additional sports accident insurance where applicable.
